EULA - End User License Agreement

This License permits you to use PocketMan on any single pocket computer, provided the software is installed on only one handheld device at any time.
The software is owned by RifcoMobile (mobile development division of RifCo Software) and is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the code and algorithms of the software.
This freeware version of the game may be freely distributed. No any person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of this software without written permission from the software owner.
The PocketMan is distributed "as-is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use this software at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
By installing and using PocketMan you accept the terms set of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the agreement, please remove PocketMan files from your storage devices and cease to use this software.
